A Day In the Life at Three

December 10, 2019

As a developer, we spend a lot of time talking about the homes we build. For Example At Three, our Walnut Creek condominium building. Our team of professionals focused on modern architecture, large spacious open floor plans, and capturing the sweeping views of Mt. Diablo.

Those are important, but what will life actually be like for our buyers at Three? In 2015, Lenox completed construction on a 12 unit condo building one block away from Three. We decided to interview the buyers who currently live in 1756 Cole Avenue, to find out how their lives changed once they moved in.

The first thing we found is that people had a renewed sense of community. The building is small enough that all of the homeowners know each other, and that matters! From a simple hello to making sure a package is safe when they are out of town, it feels good to know all of your neighbors.  Some even have become close friends and dine out often as a group. The other finding is that people are loving Downtown Walnut Creek and everything it has to offer.  We wanted to organize their most visited locations based upon distance from Three.
