By Lenox Homes
Design a home that makes you feel good when you walk through the door.
At SIX, our recently completed community in Lafayette, our homeowners purchased their homes early in the construction process, which enabled them to select the finishes that best fit how they live and what they wanted their home to look like. They worked with their sales representative to select appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures, smart home features, paint colors, and shower enclosures.
Then they went to our design center to select counters, flooring, and shower surrounds. We are very proud of how these homes came together. We hope you get inspiration for your next home. Take a look… Preview Gallery>>
The Great Great Room
A great room combines the roles of several more traditional rooms into one space. This is a classic Lenox great room:
~ The kitchen flows into the dining, which flows into the living room. Ideal for entertaining.
~ All one flooring surface
~ Oversized windows allowing for plenty of natural light
~ 10′ ceilings
~ 5 1/4″ baseboards
~ Plenty of LED lighting
A Chef’s Kitchen Buyers visit our cabinet showroom to build the kitchen that best fits their needs.
~ Stacked cabinets reaching all the way to the ceiling
~ Pot filler above the range
~ Large island, we feel the minimum size an island should be is at least 4′ x 6′, which seats three people
~ Floating shelves for a minimalist feel
~ Wine fridge
~ Pull tabs for a clean look
~ Backsplash all the way to the ceiling
~ A variety of cabinet styles and finishes to choose from. Modern lacquer finish, painted, stained, or Thermofoil cabinets. If it exists, we can source it.
~ Under-cabinet lighting
INDOOR / OUTDOOR LIVING
We believe in bringing the outdoors inside.
Multi-slide pocket doors expand your living space to include your backyard.
We offer various patio sizes so you can customize your backyard to fit the way
you want to live. At Six, we went the extra mile and did a more modern horizontal fence.
